Terms & Conditions
Todd Calongne Coaching, LLC creates offers for trial memberships or free sessions. You must create a formal relationship with us and agree to pay future fees to redeem yours. You can cancel a monthly Coaching subscription at any time. The applicable price is set during the initial consultation.
Confidentiality
Coaching sessions may involve disclosing plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, romantic relationship(s), and another proprietary, private or confidential information. All in a coaching relationship with TCC agree to keep strictly confidential, in perpetuity, all such information and will not directly or indirectly use any such information for any purpose other than coaching.
Payments
All transfers through TCC are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Personal Information
TCC will handle all personal information you provide us with or that we obtain as responsible for the personal data. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, and to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to TCC and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request TCC to delete or correct the information contained about you. By accepting the TCC Conditions, you agree to the above.
Additional Information
TCC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings, without prior notice. In the event of when a product is sold out, TCC has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. TCC shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
