COACHING FAQS
Many stories of success stemming from people who have invested in coaching. Our clients are making more money and are more successful than before our coaching sessions. Not only that, but they are happier with their lives!
-
In a study by ICF Global, clients who had invested in a coach had a return of 3.44 times what they had spent." I think we beat the average. That number is a low estimate given its magnitude on future salary increases (off of the new, higher base) and pushing past the fear of asking for raises at all. You can use these skills countless times over an entire career.
-
Everything and anything you talk about with your coach is entirely confidential. You never will feel judged by your coach. We are all human, and we all have our issues. A coach’s job is to neutrally be a cheerleader, someone to keep you on track and accountable, and someone who celebrates with you, with genuine happiness, when you reach your goals.
-
If you want to try out a consultation for free, you can sign up for a complimentary session and see how you like it. The worst thing that could happen is that you will learn a lot about yourself and become another success story!
-
None. It’s all the same coaching skills and client participation needed. Just a different targeting for marketing. We cover all areas that need support during sessions.
-

HYPNOSIS FAQS
Hypnotherapy is a targeted approach to a number of health and mental wellness issues. With just a few hours of hypnosis, you will feel rested, rejuvenated, and be on the road to healing. Client experience rapid healing with answers to so many questions with this approach.
-
It feels like a relaxing guided meditation. You will remember and be aware the entire time. You will feel relaxed, safe, supported, and, most importantly, entirely in control.
-
You can have as many sessions as you feel you need. However, many do well with 2 or 3 sessions for most issues.
-
Hypnosis sometimes is covered by health insurance, but it varies by policy and individual case. For example, BlueCross BlueShield of Montana considers hypnosis medically necessary to relieve acute or chronic pain or as an adjunct to psychotherapy. In another example, Aetna considers hypnosis experimental. For patients covered by health insurance, the cost of hypnosis typically consists of a doctor visit copay or coinsurance of 10%-50%.
I offer a receipt with the proper code for you to submit to insurance upon request. Clients pay out of pocket for all services. If your health plan doesn’t cover the cost of alternative therapies, you may be able to pay for some qualified treatments using funds from your health savings account (HSA).

Hypnosis is a way for a practitioner to speak to your subconscious mind or higher self. While the conscious is there to help us think, the subconscious is there to keep us alive, protect us, keep us breathing, etc. With hypnosis, we can have conscious goals, and the subconscious protections have a bit of a handshake and agree to the same approach. We use various techniques, including scripts that help to focus your attention on a specific topic and can help you go deeper into a trance; metaphors that can help your mind think in a new way based on others’ experiences; higher consciousness clearing of the body and mind; and regressions that help you go back to the past to heal the present.
-
All sessions are done by zoom. I find it’s the best way to keep you in a calm, relaxed, safe place for our session.
-
Sure, if you are open to exploring your past life(s) to help heal the present. Most regression is based on earlier life issues. Also, there are intra-life or life-between-lives sessions where we can explore your soul and soul family and get an update from your spirit guides on how you are doing on your current journey. What about the future? Yes, we can even look at your present future to give an idea of what vibrations and focal points you want to keep having to achieve these things. No, this is not magic or physic powers. It’s just your higher conscious mind offering you access to all its vast abilities. It’s up to your level of interest in exploring together.
-
Wouldn’t that be nice? To give up control now and then. No, you control yourself throughout the session and will not be asked to do things before we agree. Also, you must be willing to go into hypnosis and be interested in change. Without those and some trust in the practitioner, you will not be successful. Finally, as in stage hypnosis, I have never had a client ask to be made to dance or quack like a duck. But if you are interested, I can try!
-
If the mind touches it, hypnosis can play a part in changing it. The field of hypnosis is constantly expanding and has a creative side. I still hear of things I would not have thought of for hypnosis. For more, look at the Hypnotapplications page.
