Taking action is about taking energy and moving it forward, even if it ends up being the wrong path. By forcing ourselves to be uncomfortable in certain situations, whether it be a place we hate going or buying ourselves something sexy after reaching a weight loss goal; eventually we can change how we feel and react to and about certain places or situations by reinforcing positive energy each time we are uncomfortable. Taking action is the "anti" to anything. You can not have negative thoughts or expectations if you make the decision to take positive action. Taking actions gives you confidence and will make you unstoppable!
